(3) Comprehensively upgrade the bucket and lower frame

The vehicle body and chassis dimensions have been increased, and a new type of X-shaped track frame has been independently developed. The track and gauge are wider, effectively enhancing the stability of operation. The fully sealed positive pressure enlarged frame cab significantly enhances strength and impact resistance.

The bottom plate, side plates and reinforcing plates of the bucket are all made of weather-resistant and wear-resistant materials to enhance the durability of the bucket. The thickness of the boom reinforcing plate is increased by 5%, making it stronger. A forged rear support is adopted to avoid local welding stress concentration, effectively improving the reliability and service life of the main working devices.

It is equipped with a new profile structure weather-resistant and wear-resistant bulldozer blade as standard. The push plate is raised and widened, making auxiliary construction easier. It is also equipped with a standard locking decoration to ensure the safety of the driver.

(5) Humanized interior and exterior layout

The NVH optimization of the entire vehicle is at the commercial vehicle level, effectively reducing internal and external noise, vibration and roughness, making the operation more stable and comfortable for the operator. The driver's seat design is the same as that of commercial vehicles. The backrest and waist support are thickened.

The additional waist adopts high-density thickened seat cushions, which will not deform even after long-term sitting. The vehicle is equipped with Bluetooth and a multi-sound effect mode audio system, as well as a high-power automatic heating and cooling air conditioner. The three-dimensional surround air supply is conducive to the movement and rest of the operators.

The hood has a large opening Angle, making maintenance and repair convenient. The radiator, engine three filters, and internal components of the engine compartment can be maintained and repaired from a full view, which is fast and convenient.
