Recently, a batch of 320-horsepower bulldozers equipped with National IV emission engines has been assembled and dispatched. A total of 10 pieces of equipment will be sent to Central Asia to serve the large-scale forest area governance project there. This batch export is another significant breakthrough for the international company in the overseas construction machinery market following the batch delivery of 220-horsepower bulldozers in the South American market, marking the continuous improvement of the recognition of Tiangong's high-horsepower bulldozers in the international high-end market.
It is understood that the emergency department of a certain country in Central Asia, in order to enhance the ecological governance capacity of local forest areas and strengthen emergency support levels such as forest fire prevention and vegetation restoration, after multiple rounds of investigation and research as well as strict screening, finally selected Tiangong bulldozers as the core construction equipment for this project. The project leader stated that the choice of this equipment was not only due to its stable and reliable performance, but also because of its customized design for forest area operation scenarios, which can effectively adapt to the complex terrain and operation requirements of the local area.
The 320-horsepower bulldozers dispatched this time have undergone multiple upgrades in technical configuration, specifically addressing the core pain points in forest area operations. The equipment is equipped with an engine that meets the National IV emission standards, ensuring strong power output while significantly reducing pollutant emissions, which is in line with the green development needs of Central Asia. Equipped with a centralized lubrication system, it can achieve automatic lubrication of key parts, reduce the frequency of equipment maintenance, and improve the operation efficiency in the complex environment of forest areas. The elevated design of the pre-filter further enhances the intake air filtration effect of the engine, effectively addressing the interference of common impurities such as dust and branches and leaves in forest area operations, and extending the service life of the equipment. At the same time, to adapt to special operations such as leveling and clearing obstacles in forest area governance, the bulldozer plates of this batch of bulldozers are designed in a customized way. Equipped with an internal anti-rollovers cab and featuring a high-strength steel structure design, it can provide comprehensive safety protection for operators during complex terrain operations in forest areas, significantly enhancing operational safety.
