Product Overview

The SINOMACH GTY600 crawler bulldozer combines a 450 kW Cummins engine, an 18.5 m³ semi-U blade and a brochure-listed machine weight of 70,630 kg. Developed for demanding dozing and ground preparation, this crawler bulldozer brings together a torque-converter drivetrain, crawler undercarriage and rear ripping equipment. Use the technical data below to assess the machine against your material, ground conditions and project requirements.

Key Features

450 kW Cummins Engine

The GTY600 crawler bulldozer is powered by a Cummins QSK19-C604 engine rated at 450 kW at 1800 rpm. The 19 L, six-cylinder engine uses turbocharging and common-rail fuel delivery. Maximum torque is listed as 3019 N·m at 1300 rpm. These engine specifications provide a starting point for matching the crawler bulldozer to the intended earthmoving workload.

18.5 m³ Semi-U Blade

The crawler bulldozer carries a semi-U blade with an 18.5 m³ capacity. The blade measures 4690 mm wide and 2250 mm high, with a maximum depth below ground of 715 mm and maximum tilt of 730 mm. Assess the blade against material density, working space and push distance when planning the job.

Three Forward and Three Reverse Gears

The crawler bulldozer uses a three-element torque converter and a planetary transmission with hydraulic actuation and multiple-disc clutches. Three forward and three reverse gears provide defined travel-speed choices. The brochure also describes electronic transmission control with preset gear selection. This drivetrain should not be confused with an infinitely variable hydrostatic travel system.

Crawler Undercarriage for Ground Contact

The crawler bulldozer has 610 mm track shoes, a 2500 mm track gauge and 3840 mm track length on the ground. Each side has seven track rollers and forty shoes. Hydraulic track-tension adjustment and the brochure-described K-type suspension support undercarriage operation. Evaluate site bearing capacity and terrain before confirming machine suitability.

Single-Shank Ripping and Operator Visibility

The crawler bulldozer brochure lists a single-shank ripper with 1435 mm maximum penetration and 1105 mm maximum lift above ground. A spacious enclosed cab provides visibility around the machine, while the diagnostic system monitors operating parameters. Confirm the contracted ripper package and cab equipment before ordering.
