PY260 Motor Grader is a heavy-duty mining workhorse certified for rigorous operations, boasting a rated power of 194kW@2200rpm and a standard operating weight of 19500Kg. Powered by a Dong Feng Cummins TIER III straight-six, water-cooled, four-stroke electronically controlled high-pressure direct injection engine, it features a ZF electro-hydraulic control power shift automatic transmission with single-lever operation. Equipped with an imported load-sensing variable hydraulic system and a flexible moldboard suspension system, it excels in grading, leveling, and ground finishing in mining sites. The ergonomic vibration-absorbing cabin with air conditioning and wide visibility ensures operator comfort during long shifts.
1. The Cummins engine delivers 194kW strong power and 120N·m@1500rpm high torque, with sufficient power reserve to meet mining heavy-load demands. The load-sensing pump and valve design enables on-demand oil supply, and combined with the electro-hydraulic control transmission, it achieves efficient operation and lower fuel consumption.
2. The box-type frame and advanced transmission (T/M) feature a robust structure, capable of withstanding high-impact heavy operations in mines. The full-floating rear axle with NO-SPIN differential and tandem oscillation of 15° forward and reverse adapts to rough mining terrain; dual-circuit hydraulic disc service brakes and electric parking brakes ensure safety on harsh road conditions.
3. The moldboard, sized for mining needs, offers lateral shift distances of 685mm (left) and 715mm (right), with a maximum blade angle of 90° and tip angle of 66°, enabling precise grading of different slopes. With a frame articulation of ±25°, small minimum turning radius, 5 forward gears (max 48.9km/h) and 2 reverse gears, it ensures flexible maneuvering and operation.
4. The vibration-absorbing cabin is equipped with an adjustable seat, steering wheel, low noise system and air conditioning, enhancing operating comfort. The single lever integrates transmission and hydraulic system control, paired with a streamlined dashboard for easy operation. Key components adopt imported configurations with low failure rates, and the rational layout of refueling ports facilitates daily maintenance.
